01The problem
Your reviews say you're great. Your website looks like everyone else's.
A patient weighing implants or a smile makeover wants to meet the doctor and hear from someone who's been through it. A star rating and a stock photo can't do that. So they book with whoever feels familiar, or they leave the consult to think about it.

With The Practice Library
Meet the doctorThe patient doesn't pick the best dentist.
They pick the one who feels familiar.
02Why it works
Built for the three moments a patient decides.
- 01
Scene 01 · Before the call
Choosing you.
Patients meet you and your team before they ever pick up the phone.
Doctor intro, practice film, photos, Google Business Profile videos
- 02
Scene 02 · Before the consult
Showing up ready.
They arrive knowing what happens at the consult and how paying for treatment works.
Consult videos, treatment explainers, question answers
- 03
Scene 03 · After the consult
Saying yes.
The patient who needs to think about it gets a story from someone who had the same treatment, that afternoon.
Patient stories, treatment coordinator follow-up kit
03The library
50 finished videos. Every one has a job.
Organized by where each file goes, with a 12-month map so nothing sits in a folder. You own all of it.

04How it works
Four steps. Three hours of your time.
One shoot day. That's the whole ask.
- 01
Strategy call, 60 minutes.
We pick the treatments you want more of and research what your patients actually ask.
- 02
We prepare everything.
Who to ask and what to say to patients, a prep call with each one, interview questions, the schedule and the paperwork.
- 03
Shoot day.
Usually a day you're already closed, so you lose no production. No scripts. We ask, you answer the way you would with a patient.
- 04
Your library in 21 business days.
Review cuts in 10 business days, the full library in 21, and a 45-minute handoff with your web or marketing team.

05Why White Rock
The craft behind billions of views, aimed at one decision.
At MrBeast, every second of a video had to earn the next one. White Rock Media brings that same discipline to a different audience: a patient deciding whether to trust you with their care.
- 01
Stories, not compliments
Our interview method gets past "everyone was so nice" to the moment the patient decided.
- 02
Edited to be watched
Strong openings, no filler, cut for people who are deciding, not browsing.
- 03
Packaged to be used
Titles, thumbnails, captions and a placement map for every file.

Questions
dentists ask us.
Something else?
isaac@whiterock.media
A 60-minute strategy call, 3 hours on camera on shoot day in two 90-minute blocks, and a 45-minute handoff call with your web or marketing team.
Most dentists say that. There's no script. We ask questions, you answer the way you would with a patient, and we keep the best takes.
Most practices think that until they ask. We give your team a short list of who to ask and the words to use, do a prep call with each patient, and schedule four patients for three stories.
We recommend a day you're already closed so you lose no production. If that's not possible, a blocked afternoon plus after-hours works.
We sign a business associate agreement with your practice, every patient on camera signs a written authorization your practice keeps, and our crew follows a written privacy checklist on set and in the edit.
We won't promise that, and nobody honestly can. We deliver files your web team can use for video results and your Google Business Profile. Ranking work stays with your SEO provider, and we hand them what they need.
Good. They need real content from your practice and rarely produce it on site. We hand them transcripts, captions and markup in the format they already use.
We schedule a backup. If two cancel, we film a replacement story on our next trip to your area, or credit you.
Yes. A second location on the same trip is $8,500. Groups of three or more locations are quoted together.

- 2Pick a time for a 30-minute call with Isaac.
- 3Get your proposal and date options the same day.
